CT PTU Love Sucks Tutorial

This tutorial was written in PSP X but can be done in any version. This was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP. Any resemblance is purely coincidental.

My tutorials are only meant as a guide.

Supplies Needed:

Font of Choice.

PTU Fabulous Scrap Kit  "Love Sucks" by Bibi's Collection. You can get it Here

Tube of your choice - I am using the Fantastic artwork of ©Di_Halim. You need a license to use her work, please do not use her work without a proper license.

Mask: WSL_84 by Wee at Weescotslass Creations. You can get it Here

Template:  Missy_Tag Template 447
You can git it Here

Plugins:  Xero Porcelain
          Eye Candy 3.1 Glow

Drop Shadow throughout is 1, 1, 50, 4.00 Black.

On to the Tut!!

* Open Template. Shift D to duplicate. Close original. Resize if you wish. 

* Delete credit layer. I am going to start at the bottom layer and work my way up.

* Copy and paste paper 7. Layers, load mask from disk. Apply WSL_Mask 84. Layers, merge group.

 * Merge circles 1 and 2. Selections, select all, copy and paste paper 6, select none. Delete original. Add a border if you wish.

* Merge thin rectangles 1 and 2. Selections, select all, copy and paste paper 5 select none. Delete original. Add a border if you wish.

* Delete Frame and Copy of Frame.

* Merge rounded edge rectangle and rounded edge rectangle 2. Selections, select all, copy and paste paper 2 select none. Delete original. Add a border if you wish.

* Merge rectangle 1 and rectangle 2. Selections, select all, copy and paste p5 select none. Delete original. Add a border if you wish.

* Delete thin rectangle 3.

* Delete small thin rectangle and copy.

* Leave square 1 as is.

* Square frame. Selections, select all, copy and paste paper 5 select none. Add noise. Delete original.

* Delete the word NO!

*  Leave the words...I won't be your...as it is.

* Add noise to the kisses layer.

* Valentine! word - Selections, select all, copy and paste paper 5 select none. Add noise. Add a border if you wish. Delete original.

* Copy and paste tube. Resize to your liking. Drop shadow. Adjust sharpness, sharpen.

* Copy and paste elements of choice. DS all. I used:

Element 43
Element 51
Element 71
Element 73
Element 83
Element 81
Element 80
Element 64
Element 54
Element 47
Element 28
Element 1

* Add any other elements you wish anywhere along the way.

* Close out the background and mask layers, merge visible. Keep closed. Rezize 96%.

* Effects, plugins, xero, porcelain 50, 80, 128. Ok.

* Adjust sharpness, sharpen.

* Crop if desired.

* Resize all layers checked to 700 x 500 or desired size. I always resize before adding the copyright. It makes the copyright clearer.

* Add your name, copyright info., proper license # (if needed), and watermark.

* Merge visible and save as PNG file.
